Melbcon commenced works at Croydon Special Development School in December 2023. This project involves the construction of a new administration building and hydrotherapy pool facility which also includes fitness and learning resource spaces. Other works involve associated external works/ landscaping and carpark facilities. The subsequent demolition of the existing pool building and minor refurbishment works to the existing spaces.
