Melbcon commenced works on site at Patterson Community Centre in conjunction with the City of Whittlesea in May 2024. This project involves the construction of a new greenfield community centre which will be named the Murnong
Community Centre once it officially opens. The project entails a single storey community
centre with kindergarten, maternal child health centre and community spaces, associated
services infrastructure, external works, landscaping/ play spaces and large carpark facilities.
