Melbcon works at St. Josephs College in Ferntree Gully includes services isolations / diversions works, demolition of an existing building and construction of the new 2 storey Year 8 building, refurbishment of the existing Occhiena, Counselling & Careers areas, refurbishment of the Level 1 Staff Hub and the subsequent refurbishment of the Ground Floor Administration and Level 1 stair area. The seperate contracted works Melbcon are completing on site include the construction of landscape works to the rear of the existing school in amongst the existing buildings.
