Melbcon completed the construction at St. Monica’s College, Epping campus in October 2019. This project involved the construction of new three storey learning centre building incorporating administration offices, large student forum area and student centre on the ground floor, level one and two both have multiple class rooms, open planning collaboration spaces, separate meeting/ group rooms and seminar spaces. Other works include a link bridge to the existing building, external paving and structures as well as landscape works.
