Melbcon completed construction at St. Francis Xavier College in July 2016. This project involved the construction of two separate buildings, a new learning resource centre which contains specialised science labs and home economics classrooms. The second building includes a large gymnasium, staged area, change room facilities and storage facilities in the basement.
In addition to this as part of the works included external ball courts, large grassed oval, extensive landscaped areas joining these new parts of the school together and a large staff car park.
