Melbcon commenced construction at Caroline Chisholm College in March 2017. This project involves demolishing the existing building and constructing a new two-storey arts building, which will be a creative hub for the school. The new facilities include classrooms, multiple practice rooms, visual arts studios, breakout spaces and storage areas.
