Melbcon completed construction at Ave Maria College in May 2019. The construction included a new three storey learning centre building incorporating ground floor administration, library meeting rooms, food technlogy, textile and science rooms. Via the tierd seating students can access level one which was more general learning areas, discussion labs and social hub/ common learning areas. On level two there are further general learning areas, seminar rooms, common learning open spaces, project space and an external greenhouse.
