This project commenced construction in January 2021 and is the second project Melbcon have constructed for St. Monica’s College. Works at the school include the construction of a new two storey learning centre as well as the construction of a new two storey Stem building. In addition to these two buildings there are other associated demolition, infrastructure and external/ landscaping works.
