Melbcon commenced construction at Lockerbie Southern Community Hub in July 2020 which is now known as the Kalkallo Community Centre. The building offers multiple community meeting rooms, multipurpose room, kitchen facilities, consulting rooms, preschool rooms, preschool kitchen and offices, administration and staff facilities. Other works included external paving, and other associated external/ landscape works.
