Melbcon completed construction of Saltwater Promenade Community Centre in March 2016. This project involved the construction of a new Community Centre and Childcare facilities for the surrounding area.
The works include large multipurpose rooms, various meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, outdoor BBQ area and decking, outdoor amphitheatre, childcare facilities and kindergarten, large playground and outdoor play areas, community gardens, art studio, extensive landscaped gardens and car park facilities at the front and rear of the centre.
