Melbcon commenced construction at Port of Sale Cultural Hub in September 2016 for Wellington Shite Council. This project involves the full redevelopment of the existing building and transforming it into a multi-use building for the local community incorporate the Sale Public Library, Gippsland Art Gallery, Wellington Visitor Information Centre, Council Chambers, broad use community spaces and a café.
