Melbcon completed construction in December 2016 at the new Craigieburn North West Primary School which is now known as Newbury Primary School. This project involved the development of a new school for the area consisting of an administration building and learning centre building with multiple classrooms and learning spaces.
In addition to this multiple portable classrooms link into the new buildings via paved areas, a sports and music block with indoor gymnasium,a new sports oval, external hard courts, and a large car park for the school.
