Melbcon completed construction at the snew Altona Early Years Hub in October 2018. The Early Years Hub provides a variety of facilities for the local community including childcare programs (Birth to 6 years), three and four year old kindergarten, maternal child health, early intervention services, community rooms and other family support services. The grounds will be transformed with a number of different play and garden areas for the children as well as other external works and large car park facilities.
