Melbcon completed construction of the Olivet Aged Cared Facility, Ringwood in March 2020. The new facilities are housed in a new three storey aged care facility which includes a large basement car park, 60 beds with adjoining large lounge, dining and kitchen facilities on the ground level and level 1. The new building also links into the existing building. Other works included external paving and landscaping.
